These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and am99 ("Platform", "We") operating the website and services at https://am99.ws. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and other features provided by am99.

You are solely responsible for:

• All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorised by you or not

AM99 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login credentials. We will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

All transactions on the AM99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The deposit and withdrawal methods accepted by AM99 are as follows:

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. AM99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 within a 24-hour period.

Members may also voluntarily close their am99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding rollover requirements will be forfeited and any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the required conditions) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
• Platform disruption or unavailability due to technical issues or force majeure
• Actions by third parties, including payment service providers
